Who we are

We are a third-generation Manx family-run motor trade business based in Ballasalla, Isle of Man, supporting our self-drive car hire and airport park & valeting operations based at Ronaldsway Airport Terminal. Our difference is simple: we run a genuine valet-style service with an office & associated parking on site at the airport. You drive straight to us, hand over your keys, and we park your car securely for the duration of your trip.

Because our office is at the airport, we're never far from your car and we're always on hand at drop-off and collection — no shuttle bus, no transfer or waiting time, no roundabout phone menus.

What sets Athol apart

• Office in the terminal arrivals hall — with dedicated on-site parking spaces right outside the terminal. There is no need to drop or collect your vehicle anywhere else.
• No shuttle or courtesy transfer vehicles — we don’t ferry customers or their luggage off-site; your vehicle will be in the same park where you left it at the airport, a short walk from the terminal door.
• Key lock box system — for arrivals outside office hours, we operate key lock boxes from our office counter in the terminal, using individual combination numbers for vehicle key collections. Should this apply to you, arrangements are confirmed to you by SMS. We’ll take care of that!

How it works

• Book online with your car registration and travel dates — no payment is taken online.
• We email you instantly to confirm your parking and issue your booking confirmation code / reference number.
• On departure, drop your car at the terminal in our dedicated park and hand over your keys to the office in the terminal. Add a vehicle wash or valet upgrade if you wish.
• Catch your flight. On return, your car is waiting at the airport & key collection from the staff at our office or simply use the key lock box code sent to your SMS text messaging.
